Take a bowl and mix all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Preheat the waffle maker, mix dry ingredients in one bowl, whisk wet ingredients in another, then combine gently. Avoid over-mixing.
Lightly grease the waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
While the waffles cook, let your ice cream soften for 5 minutes to make scooping easier.
Place the waffle on a plate, top with softened ice cream.
Top with chocolate syrup, fresh fruit, sprinkles, and chopped nuts for extra flavor and crunch.
Serve immediately and enjoy the crunchy treat with perfect combo of warm waffles and cold, creamy ice cream.
