When Chef Palak Kapur started her weightloss journey she was 121Kgs and now she is 80kgs.
In the time frame of two and a half years she lost 41kgs.
For this she did not follow any shortcut, she went slowly with the process.
Due to the demise of her father Palak became depressed and started overeating to overcome depression due to which she put on a lot of weight.
In 2020 she suddenly felt burning sensation in her chest and she mouth also started tasting bitter. After this she can experience a heart attack at this age. And that is how her body transformation began.
During lockdown, Palak removed all the food apps from her phone. and stopped eating foods like chicken, cheese, and butter. and ate very limited food.
Later Palak started walking for 40 minutes a day and then she invested in gym equipment.
