Cranberries, ginger, cilantro, onion, jalapeño (optional), lime juice, salt.
Rinse 2 cups of fresh cranberries. Discard any soft or shriveled berries.
Peel and finely mince 1/4 cup of fresh ginger for a zesty punch.
Dice a small onion finely for a mild sweetness in the salsa.
In a bowl, combine cranberries, ginger, onion, cilantro, and minced jalapeño.
Let the bars cool completely before slicing. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
