Mushrooms, butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper.
Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth. Slice them evenly for uniform cooking.
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until soft and golden.
Toss in chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness and flavor.
Serve the garlic butter mushrooms as a side dish, over pasta, or on top of steak. Enjoy.
