2 chicken breasts (bite-sized), 1 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp tikka masala spice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt, 1 pizza dough, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ red onion (sliced), fresh cilantro, ¼ cup tomato sauce.
Combine yogurt, tikka masala spice mix, lemon juice, garlic paste, and salt, then marinate chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
Heat ghee in a pan.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred, then set aside.
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C), roll out pizza dough on a floured surface, and spread a thin layer of tomato or pizza sauce on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pizza base, then add cooked chicken tikka pieces and red onion slices on top.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
