Cut paneer into cubes and marinate with 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the marinated paneer until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove from the pan.
Warm whole wheat or flour tortillas. Slice vegetables like onions, tomatoes, and lettuce for fresh crunch.
Add a little oil and saute onions and bell peppers. You can also add a bit of smoked paprika for extra smokiness.
Place a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Add a layer of sauteed veggies, followed by the crispy smoky paneer, and a drizzle of your favourite sauce.
Roll up the wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve hot for a smoky, flavourful treat.
