Prepare dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Saute onions, tomatoes, spices, and chicken. cook until done and the mixture dries up.
Shape dough into logs, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry logs until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Split fried rolls in half and fill with prepared chicken mixture.
Serve hot and enjoy.
