1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, bake for 12-15 minutes until golden, then let cool before serving and enjoying your delicious blueberry cookies.
