Blend fresh coriander leaves with green chilies, ginger, and salt.
Lightly toast your preferred bread slices.
Apply a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice.
Spread the coriander mixture generously on one slice of bread.
Add sliced cucumber, tomato, or cheese for extra flavor. Place the second bread slice on top to close.
Slice the sandwich and serve with chutney or chips.
