Bulgur wheat, parsley, mint, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, lemon , salt, and pepper.
Start by soaking the bulgur wheat in warm water for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain and fluff with a fork.
In a bowl, whisk together ground pecans, flour, chai spice mix, baking powder, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bulgur, chopped veggies, and herbs. Give it a good toss to mix everything evenly.
Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again until well coated.
