Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 4-5 inch cake pan, coating with flour.
Sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder, then set aside.
In a bowl, mix oil, sugar, vanilla extract, orange extract, orange pulp, and yogurt.
Gently fold in the sifted dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool for 30 minutes, then invert, slice, and serve.
