– 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 tbsp sugar – 1 tsp baking powder – ½ tsp baking soda – 1 ¼ cups buttermilk – 1 egg – 2 tbsp melted butter – 1 cup fresh blueberries
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
Gently combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in fresh blueberries.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour ¼ cup of batter, and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden brown.
Stack your pancakes, drizzle with maple syrup, and enjoy the burst of blueberry flavor with every bite!
