- 1 ripe banana - 1 cup flour - 1 egg - 1 cup milk - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tbsp sugar - Pinch of salt
Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until smooth. This will add natural sweetness and flavor.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk, then add the mashed banana.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet until you get a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour batter in small circles. Cook until bubbles form, then flip to cook the other side.
Stack your fluffy banana pancakes, drizzle with syrup, and enjoy your sweet breakfast!
