Flip For Egg Dosa: A Protein-Packed Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup dosa batter, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup onions, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup carrot, salt, oil.

Soak 1 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of urad dal in water for 4 hours. Grind into a smooth batter.

Prepare The Dosa Batter

Chop the onions, cilantro, and carrot. Set aside.

Chop The Veggies

Whisk 2 eggs with salt to taste. Set aside.

Whisk The Eggs

Heat a non-stick pan with oil. Pour 1/2 cup of dosa batter and spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Cook The Dosa

Pour the whisked eggs over the dosa. Sprinkle chopped veggies. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Add The Egg Mixture

Fold the dosa in half. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
