White beans, greens (spinach, kale, or chard), garlic, olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, herbs, rosemary, broth.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add your greens and sauté for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Stir occasionally.
Stir in the cooked white beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add fresh lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Garnish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve warm and enjoy.
