Lingkan Reang
Peel and cube breadfruit, then cook with onions, salt, turmeric, and water for 15 minutes.
Roast spices in oil, blend into a smooth puree, and set aside.
Add the masala, red chilli powder, and water to the cooked breadfruit.
Simmer the curry for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare seasoning with mustard and curry leaves, then pour over the curry.
Serve hot with rice and rasam.
