Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with the given masala for 30 minutes.
Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
Grind the ingredients into a fine paste.
Set Instant Pot to saute, heat oil, and add bay leaf, onions and cardamom.
Then add chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add rice, salt, water, cook on rice mode, and let it sit for 10 minutes before releasing the vent and mixing gently.
Serve hot and enjoy.
