Squeeze out the liquid from kimchi and cut off the thick white part, or rinse and squeeze the kimchi leaves.
Season rice with salt and sesame oil, or prepare fried rice with vegetables.
Cook minced chicken in a lightly oiled pan, then add chopped vegetables and cook until soft.
Add rice and soy sauce, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, and season with salt, pepper, sesame oil, and seeds.
Form small rice balls when the fried rice is cool enough.
Place a rice ball on a kimchi leaf, wrap, and roll up to assemble.
