Roasted chestnuts, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, digestive biscuits, butter (melted), cinnamon, nutmeg.
Peel and roast chestnuts, then blend them into a smooth puree. This adds a warm, nutty flavor to the cheesecake.
Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and chestnut puree.
Pour the filling over the crust and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50-60 minutes.
Once chilled, top with whipped cream, festive berries, or a sprinkle of roasted chestnuts.
