Bharatiya Kisan Union Shaheed Bhagat Singh is actively reaching out to farmers, urging their participation in the upcoming tractor march on Republic Day.
The union is conducting meetings in villages, engaging with farmers, and extending invitations for the tractor march scheduled for January 26th, followed by a departure for Delhi on February 13th.
The aim is to encourage more farmers to join the march and collectively voice their demands, seeking the fulfillment of their long-standing grievances.
Farmers have been informed about the designated route for the tractor march during these meetings, emphasizing the importance of a peaceful and disturbance-free demonstration.
Gurmeet Singh Majri, the district head of Bharatiya Kisan Union Shaheed Bhagat Singh, emphasized the need for a peaceful march.
The tractor march will culminate at Panjokhara Sahib Gurudwara, where a special Ardaas (prayer) will be performed, adding a spiritual aspect to the demonstration.
The union also discussed preparations for the planned march to Delhi on February 13th. Farmers will assemble at Shambhu Toll Plaza before commencing the journey to the national capital.
A meeting was conducted to discuss the necessary items and preparations required for both the Republic Day tractor march and the subsequent journey to Delhi.
