– 2 cups chilled milk – 2 tbsp rose syrup – 2 tbsp basil seeds (soaked) – 50g vermicelli (cooked and chilled) – 2 scoops of vanilla or kulfi ice cream – 1 tbsp crushed pistachios or almonds – 1 tbsp jelly cubes (optional) – A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
– Soak basil seeds in water until they swell. – Boil the vermicelli, drain, and let it cool.
– In a tall glass, add a tablespoon of rose syrup at the base. – Layer soaked basil seeds and cooked vermicelli on top.
Pour chilled milk into the glass slowly to keep the layers intact.
Add a scoop of ice cream, followed by jelly cubes, if using. Sprinkle crushed nuts and a pinch of cardamom powder for extra flavor.
– Use flavored milk for an extra creamy taste. – Experiment with toppings like fresh fruits or chocolate syrup. – Serve immediately to enjoy the best texture and flavor!
