Tilt head back, pout lips, hold for 10 seconds.
Suck in cheeks, hold, release. Repeat 10 times.
Move lower jaw forward and backward.
Roll head slowly in circular motion.
Stick out tongue, try to touch nose.
Mimic chewing motion with exaggerated movements.
Pull lips back, down, exposing teeth, tighten neck muscles.
