Eye Yoga Exercises To Improve Eyesight

Rub palms together, cup over closed eyes, and breathe deeply for a minute.

Palming

Blink rapidly for 10-15 seconds to relieve dryness and fatigue.

Blinking

Focus on a nearby finger, then shift to a distant object. Repeat several times.

Focus Change

Close eyes and roll them in circles, first clockwise then counterclockwise for 10-15 seconds.

Eye Rolls

Alternate focusing on a near object and then a distant one for a few minutes.

Near And Far Focus

Gently massage the area around your eyes and temples in circular motions.

Massage

Inhale deeply, then exhale while making a humming sound to relax.
