Give up, let rid attachments and stop grasping. Freedom is the ability to let go of attachment to experience.

Acceptance 

Accept reality as it is by acknowledging and embracing it.

Trust 

Have faith in the mindfulness practice and in yourself. You possess the inner strength to overcome obstacles and develop.
