Rice paper, veggies, herbs, shrimp (optional), dipping sauce.
Slice veggies (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers) and herbs (mint, cilantro).
Dip rice paper in warm water for 5-10 seconds until soft.
Place filling on rice paper and roll tightly.
Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
Enjoy fresh with dipping sauce.
