Berry Blast Smoothie

Green Goddess Smoothie

Blend spinach or kale, pineapple chunks, ripe banana, coconut water and a squeeze of lime juice . Add chia seeds for added fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.

Mango Tango Smoothie

Mix ripe mango pieces, Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt) and a splash of orange juice and a little of honey Blend until creamy. For a tropical treat, sprinkle with grated coconut or a pinch of cinnamon.

Blend creamy peanut butter, frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Add a handful of spinach for added nutrients.

Tropical Turmeric Smoothie

Blend mango pieces, pineapple slices, fresh ginger, pinch of turmeric, coconut milk and lime juice. Add a pinch of black pepper to improve the absorption of turmeric.

Blend a banana, a handful of oats, a scoop of protein powder and a sprinkle. of almond milk and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend until smooth. 

Avocado Green Smoothie

Blend ripe avocado, spinach, banana, a splash of coconut water and a squeeze of lemon juice. This creamy, nutritious smoothie is perfect for breakfast.
