Lingkan Reang
Fry onions and garlic separately until golden and crispy, reserve the oil.
Dry roast red chillies, peanuts, and gram dal, then crush coarsely.
Lightly slit-boiled eggs and open slightly.
Fill eggs with fried onions, garlic, tamarind juice, lemon juice, and garlic oil.
Sprinkle red chili powder, roasted peanut, and gram dal powders on top.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
