Mamta
First Melt butter with cocoa powder and coconut sugar.
Remove from heat. Whisk in an egg. Whip it until it starts to get thick and turns glossy.
Add tahini, honey and vanilla. The honey can tone down the bitterness of the tahini and just adds more flavor.
Add almond flour, salt and baking soda. Mix and that’s it.
Use a cookie scoop or roll in small balls. Dip in sesame seeds and cocoa nibs.
Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit on the pan for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with dried rose petals for extra magic. Serve and enjoy.
