Craving sushi? Try this easy and delicious homemade sushi recipe that you can make in your kitchen!
- 2 cups sushi rice - 3 cups water - 1/4 cup rice vinegar - 1 tsp sugar - Nori sheets - Fresh veggies (avocado, cucumber) - Fresh fish (salmon, tuna) - Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger
Rinse sushi rice thoroughly. Cook in water, then mix with rice vinegar and sugar while it's still warm. Let it cool.
Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread rice evenly, leaving space at the edges. Add fish or veggies in the center.
Carefully roll the sushi using the mat, applying gentle pressure. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
Serve your sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger. Enjoy the fresh flavors of homemade sushi!
