Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix crumble ingredients with butter to form coarse crumbs, chill.
Combine strawberries, sugar, and cornflour in a bowl.
Press half the crumble mix into a baking pan as the base.
Add fruit mixture, top with remaining crumble, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool, serve with vanilla ice cream.
