Tofu 400g, firm and cubed - Edamame Beans 1 cup - Soy Sauce 3 tbsp - Chili Paste 2 tbsp (adjust to taste) - Garlic 3 cloves, minced - Ginger1-inch piece, grated - Sesame Oil 1 tbsp - Green Onions for garnish - Sesame Seeds for garnish
In a bowl, mix cubed tofu with soy sauce and chili paste. Marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the shelled edamame beans, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes until the edamame is heated through.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
