Prepare The Nuts

Add cashews and fry until they turn golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Roast The Vermicelli

Add the vermicelli to the pan and roast it on medium heat until it turns light golden brown.

Cook The Vermicelli

Once boiling, add the roasted vermicelli and cook for about 2-3 minutes until it is about 75% cooked.

Add Milk

 In another pot, boil the milk. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat.

Sweeten And Flavor

Add sugar to the mixture and stir until it dissolves completely.

Serve

Garnish with additional fried nuts or a sprinkle of cardamom powder before serving.
