Set to 375°F (190°C) for optimal baking temperature when croissants are ready.
Dip rice paper in warm water briefly until pliable, but not overly soft.
Mix melted butter with sugar and a pinch of flour to create a rich filling.
Spread butter mixture on rice paper, fold into croissant shapes.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let croissants cool on a rack before serving to maintain crispiness.
