Lingkan Reang
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a kadai, add and mash vegetables.
Stir chilli powder, turmeric, pav bhaji masala, kasuri methi, and coriander leaves.
In another pan, heat butter and add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, and kasuri methi.
Mix in coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, and lemon juice, sauteing well.
Add 3 drops of red food colour, mix, and boil for 5 minutes, adjusting consistency.
Serve hot with pav as pav bhaji.
