In an electric mixer, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and 1 cup flour.
Gradually add flour until the dough clears the bowl, then knead for 3 minutes.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F.
Pour melted butter onto a large baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
On a greased countertop, shape the dough into a 16×7-inch rectangle and cut into 12 strips.
Twist each strip and place them side-by-side on the baking sheet, spaced ½ inch apart.
Mix seasoning ingredients, sprinkle over breadsticks, cover with a towel, and let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake and let breadsticks cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
