Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 5-inch cake or loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix yogurt, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Add vanilla extract & baking soda, baking powder, and fold in plain flour.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, check with a toothpick for doneness.
Cool for 10 minutes, invert the cake, peel off parchment, slice, and serve.
