Take 90 grams almonds flour, 10-12 almonds,⅛ teaspoon saffron strands, 70 grams ghee, 100 grams cup sugar, cardamom powder and half a cup milk.
First soak 8-12 strands of saffron in the milk.
Add ghee in a pan and once it is melted add almond flour.
add in half cup milk and mix the almond flour well with milk.
In the next step add in 100 grams of sugar into the mixture.
Once it starts getting thicker, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and keep stirring until it is cooked.
Garnish it with some almonds and serve!
