This simple milk cheesecake recipe is smooth, creamy, and irresistibly delicious.
- 200g digestive biscuits (crushed) - 100g melted butter - 500g cream cheese - 200ml milk - 150g sugar - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 3 eggs
Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press into a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Gradually add milk and eggs, mixing until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto the crust. Bake at 160°C for 50-60 minutes until set.
Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled for the best flavor!
