For the cake take 100g salted butter, 250g caster sugar, 50ml sunflower oil,25g cocoa powder,2 tsp vanilla extract,4 eggs,80ml milk, 100ml double cream,300g plain flour, some walnuts and 3 tsp baking powder.
Then line the base of a deep in cake tin with non-stick paper and preheat the oven to180C.
Melt the butter over a low heat in a small pan, add sugar, oil, cocoa powder and vanilla. Beat well until smooth, then whisk in the eggs followed by the milk, cream and walnuts.
then pour the chocolate batter into the cake tin and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes and once it is properly cooked, let it cool for 10 mins.
Spread melted chocolate on top and enjoy!
