Shred cooked chicken and set aside.
Saute onions, chilli, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, and spices in butter.
Add flour, cook briefly, then pour in milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
Stir in cooked chicken and cook until the mixture thickens, then chill for 30 minutes.
Shape mixture into croquettes, then coat with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden, drain on paper towels, and serve with ketchup or mayo.
