1 cup flour, 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup cold butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1-2 tbsp cold water.
Mix flour, cheddar, salt, and butter, add water to form dough, and chill for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, combine flour, grated cheese, and salt.
Roll the dough on a floured surface.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
