Easy Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe

you need a broccoli, unsalted butter, rice, Parmesan cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, garlic, onion, green chilies, smoked paprika, salt, oil and some spices.

Ingredients

You need to make a fresh  rice, but if you have leftover rice, or want to make the rice the day before, you can also do that.

Cooked White Rice

Cook broccoli by microwaving for 4 minutes until broccoli is tender and bright green.

Cook

Add soup, 4 ounces cheese and milk. Stir until cheese is melted. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add Cheese

Remove from heat and stir in cooked rice. Pour mixture into a lightly greased. 

Add Rice

 Bake for 30 minutes until cheese on top is melted and casserole is bubbly.

Bake

Broccoli Rice Casserole is ready. Serve and sprinkle the crushed potato chips.

Serve Hot
