Cook 1 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup water, and honey until thick.
Mix yogurt and heavy cream, whip until airy and chill.
Heat the waffle maker and spray it. Unroll crescent dough.
Add blueberries to dough squares and roll them up.
Place in the waffle maker and cook until golden.
Plate with yogurt, drizzle sauce, and add powdered sugar. Enjoy!
