Nishtha Jaisingh
Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and cumin.
Heat oil, saute onions, and green chilies until golden.
Add marinated chicken and cook until it changes color.
Simmer with water, cover, and cook until tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with roti or rice for a wholesome meal.
