Wash and place the chicken in a bowl.
Mix chicken with spices, yogurt, and saffron, and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Heat oil and ghee, temper spices, and saute onions until golden.
Cook marinated chicken briefly, then add green chillies.
Cover tightly and cook on low heat for 15-18 minutes.
Add cream and final ingredients, smoke the dish, and serve hot with naan or rice.
