In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Let it marinate for about 10 minutes or longer if you have time.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated chicken along with the green chillies. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low flame. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan or rice.
