Combine flour and salt, gradually add water, knead into a soft dough, and let it rest.
Mix minced chicken, chopped vegetables, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper together.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into thin circles about 3 inches in diameter.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper, fold, and pleat to seal completely.
Arrange the momos in a steamer lined with cabbage leaves and steam for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
Combine broth, soy sauce, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and vinegar in a pot; simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Place steamed momos in bowls, ladle hot jhol over them, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy your meal!
