Digestive biscuits, melted butter, cream cheese, white chocolate, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, berries for topping.
Crush biscuits + mix with melted butter. Press into springform pan.
Gently melt white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (in 30 sec bursts). Let it cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, melted white chocolate, and cream. Mix until silky.

Pour the mixture onto the chilled base. Smooth the top.

Top with berries, white chocolate shavings, or a dust of icing sugar. Slice & enjoy.
