Marinate chicken with spices for 15 minutes and deep fry until golden.

Saute dry red chilies and cashews in oil until golden. 

Add onions, bell peppers, and ginger-garlic paste, cook briefly. 

Stir in red chili paste, soy sauce, ketchup, salt, sugar, and ajinomoto, thicken sauce. 

Toss fried chicken in the sauce until well coated. 

Garnish with coriander or spring onions and serve hot.
