2 1/4 cups of all purposed flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup whole milk, 3 large eggs, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup condensed milk, 1 cup heavy milk.

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly. Gradually add milk and mix until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25- 30 minutes.

Poke holes in the warm cake with a fork or toothpick. Whisk evaporated milk, condensed milk and heavy cream. Pour the Tres Leches mixture evenly over the cake.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Top the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle of cinnamon or any other desired sprinkles.
